2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. The substituted service has been effected on the sole respondent. There is no appearance on the side of the sole respondent. Therefore, there is a deemed service on the sole respondent and the sole respondent is set ex parte.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 50 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.SR.No.64673 of 2019 is condoned.
