Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks cancellation of patta. Representation has also been given in this regard.

3. The respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent will put on notice all the interested parties including the private respondents herein before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4

4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
