O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue or Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta in his favour with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr. E. Balamurugane, learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has already been taken on file by the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent has fixed the date of enquiry on 1.10.2020 at 3 p.m. The learned counsel Page numbers https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 3rd respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
