Placing reliance on the Settlement Deed executed in her favour and the patta, which, as of now stands in the name of her mother, the petitioner made a representation on 05.08.2015 seeking to change the same in her name. As the said representation has not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if the pending representation is directed to be disposed of.

3.Considering the same, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
