2. Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the issue has become infructuous, as Central Government has not issued any notification levying Anti - Dumping Duty.

3. In view of the subsequent developments, these Writ Petitions stand dismissed as infructuous, leaving it open to the petitioner to raise all rights and contentions.
