(CRIME NO.757/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the Condition imposed on the Petitioner is that the Petitioners should appear before this Respondent Police on first working day of every month at 10.30AM in Crl.M.P.No.12659 of 2021 dated 02.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18681 of 2021, dated 06.10.2021 and pass such or other orders to deem fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of this case and render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DEEPAN UDAY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12659 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18681 of 2021 on 02.12.2021 to report before the Investigating Officer on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
