By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.
The petitioner was initially appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher and served as Higher Grade teacher from 02.09.1968 to 06.04.1969 for 7 months and 5 days in Poondi Panchayat Union Unit and got his promotion as Secondary Grade Assistant Teacher on 07.04.1969 and posted as Elementary School Headmaster on the same day in a single teacher school with the same panchayat Union limit and he served in that capacity till 10.08.1982. The petitioner served as Secondary Grade Teacher from 11.08.1982 to 16.06.1985 and again posted as Elementary School Headmaster from 17.06.1985 to 02.06.2002 in the same Panchayat Union Unit and got his promotion as B.T. Grade Middle School Headmaster on 03.06.2002 and continued in the said post of Middle School Headmaster till 31.08.2005 and retired on that date on attaining the age of superannuation.
According to the petitioner, as per various orders passed by this Court, which have been implemented also, the petitioner is entitled to get Higher Grade place service as Secondary Grade Service for monetary benefits of Selection grade/Special Grade. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 13.11.2014 to the respondents and since no orders have been passed, he came forward to file this writ petition.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. 4.
Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondents 2 to 4 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2014 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
