ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation 26.07.2017.

2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents.

3.Complaining of haphazard parking by the inmates of the Mansion in narrow lane, the petitioner has given a complaint seeking for action to be taken, on such persons on 26.07.2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

addressed to the second respondent. since the representation has not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 4.It is needless to point out that when the representation was given to the police authorities, it is their duty to consider the same in one way or the other, rather than keeping it pending.

5.In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into merits of the representation, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2017 on its own merits and take appropriate action as per law. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of a receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off. No costs.
