This Civil Revision Petition has been listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned'.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that at the time of disposal of this revision, this Court has directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.518 of 2019 within a period of 6 months and the same is not reflected in the Order.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, in the Order in CRP.No.1655 of 2023 dated 21.01.2025, at the end of paragraph No.9, the following shall be incorporated in the Order :

'The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.518 of 2019 within a period of six months."

and the registry shall issue fresh Order copy to the parties concerned.
