ORDER

By consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the rejection order in Na.Ka.No.1483/A/Ka.Tu.Aa./sa.O/Ko.Ma/2017, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passed by the 2nd respondent and consequently for a direction to the respondents to grant permission to conduct a public meeting.

The date on which the petitioner sought for the meeting as 25.10.2017 has now lapsed and so also the agenda for the meeting. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in the petition has become infructuous. Hence the writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed. No costs.

If at all, the petitioner intends to hold any further meeting, it is always open to him to approach the appropriate authority seeking for such permission.
