Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to fix the staff strength of the petitioner school for the academic year 2003-2004 based on the average attendance of August 2003 and based on the average attendance of August, 2004 for the academic year 2004-2005 and approve the appointments made in the petitioner's schools with salary and other benefits in accordance with the norms fixed by the Government through G.O.Ms. No. 525 Education dated 29.12.1997 based on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.09.2003 and 28.12.2004 and direct the 1st respondent to sanction additional posts from 01.06.2003 and 01.06.2004 respectively. (Prayer amended as per order dated 28.03.2017 by SMSJ in W.P.M.P. No. 9191/2005 in W.P. No. 9404/2004)
