Civil Revision Petitions filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960 against the order and decreetal order dated 29.01.2016, 22.01.2016 made in R.C.A.Nos.5, 8, 11, 12, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9 & 10 of 2014 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Subordinate Judge, Udhagamandalam confirming the order and decreetal order dated 19.09.2013, 18.09.2013 made in R.C.O.P.No.33, 28, 35, 34, 31, of 2005, 21, 25, 22, 23 & 24 of 2006 on the file of the Rent Controller, District Munsif Court, Coonoor.

For Petitioner : Mr.G.Arulmurugan (in all C.R.Ps) For Respondents : Mr.Ganesh Babu (in all C.R.Ps) C O M M O N O R D E R Challenging the judgments and decrees passed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Subordinate Court, Udhagamandalam, confirming the order of eviction passed by the Rent Controller, District Munsif Court, Coonoor, the tenants have filed the above Civil Revision Petitions. 2.When the Civil Revision Petitions were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/tenants submitted that the tenants are willing to vacate the premises in six months time.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents/landlords submitted that the landlords are not having any objection in granting six months time.

4.The petitioners/tenants have also filed an affidavit of undertaking dated 05.11.2016 wherein the tenants undertook to vacate and handover vacant possession of the petition premises to the respondents within a period of six months (i.e.) on or before 07.05.2017. 5.The affidavits of undertaking filed by the tenants are taken on record and the same shall form part of the record. 6.Recording the undertakings given by the tenants, the orders passed by the Courts below are confirmed. The tenants are granted six months time (i.e.) upto 07.05.2017 to vacate and handover vacant possession of the petition premises to the respondents/landlords without driving them to initiate execution proceedings. The tenants shall pay the monthly rents without any default till they vacate and handover vacant possession to the landlords.

7.With these observations, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Index : No 08.11.2016 Internet : Yes va
