ORDER

1. Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the sole respondent.

2. The writ petition has been filed against the respondent/ Tahsildar, Maduranthakam Taluk with respect to a Gramanatham house site at Munnakulam Village, at Maduranthakam Taluk in S.No.74/7 measuring about 5 cents. In this connection, the petitioner herein had given a representation on 04.02.2019.

3. Let the respondent make necessary enquiries and examine whether patta can actually be granted to the petitioner herein, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

but, at any rate, issue notice to the petitioner herein, hold an enquiry and thereafter, dispose of the representation dated 04.02.2019 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
