This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 343 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the Judgment dated 24.01.2022 in C.A.No.98 of 2019 on the file of the II Additinoal District and Sessions Court, Chidambaram.
2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.
3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
