ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to transfer the complaint of the petitioner in Crime No.62 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent to some other investigation agency.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Respondent police are not conducting the investigation in an effective manner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that this Court may direct the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tiruppur to monitor the investigation conducted by the second respondent.

4. This Court, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, is of the view that it is suffice to direct the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tiruppur to monitor the investigation conducted by the second respondent and there is no necessity for transferring of the investigation to any other agency.

5. This Court, accordingly directs the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tiruppur, to monitor the investigation conducted by the second respondent and to file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

6. With the above direction, this petition stands disposed of. 2/4
