This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court wherein the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent on instructions submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the said order till date. 3.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with all the conditions imposed by the Court, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a month on the first working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 4.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
