The petitioner has come to this Court to direct the respondents herein to pass orders on the petitioner representation dated 09.09.2016 and reminder dated 05.01.2017 by disbursing the retirement benefits of the petitioner including invalid pension, gratuity and provident fund along with an interest @ 16% p.a. within a time frame.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 09.09.2016 and reminder dated 05.01.2017.
4.Mr.V.Vijayshankar, learned counsel takes notice for 1st respondent and Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3 and seek four weeks time to consider the representation of the petitioner. 5.Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition and without going into the merits of the matter, this Court, hereby directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
