PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, Direction in the nature of a Writ directing the 2 and 3 respondents to permit the petitioner college to fill up the sanctioned vacancies of Assistant Professor posts in various department namely Economics - 1, Physics - 1 and Zoology - 1 in the light of order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.A.No. 2318 of 2011 dated 11.10.2013 reported in 2013 (7) MLJ 641 and also up held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP No. 887 of 2015 dated 29.01.2019 and to approve the said appointments and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed requesting the respondents to consider the petitioner's proposal dated 18.07.2024 for the appointment of the three teaching staffs and such proposal is pending with the 2 nd respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate would fairly submit that they would pass orders upon the proposal of the petitioner, within a reasonable time.
4. In such view of the mater, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the 2 nd respondent to consider the
petitioner's proposals dated 18.07.2024 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner wants to submit any authority, they are at liberty to submit the same, within two(2) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. In the result, this writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
