This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 14.03.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.7560 of 2025 in Crime No.73 of 2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders on the file of the respondent Police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered. 02.06.2025 rsi 2/4
