(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on revisiting the issue, he makes a limited prayer for the vacancies in the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission to be filled in by any competent person irrespective of caste, community or religion. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The learned Government Pleader submits that this issue will be examined and the response will be sent to the petitioner qua the aforesaid aspect within three months from today.
