This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 24.02.2025 after conducting an enquiry within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 2/4
