O R D E R

This petition has been filed to call for the records of the order dated 13.10.2015 made in CMP No.2870 of 2015 in Crime No.551of 2015 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions court, Coimbatore and modify the same. 2.

The learned Sessions Judge while granting bail to the petitioner has imposed a condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.20,000/- with two sureties each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore. Now the counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has no source of income and hence he has come forward with this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition to reduce the amount of Rs.20,000/- to Rs.10,000/-, as the petitioner is in custody from 08.06.2015.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court modifies the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in C.M.P.No.2870 of 2015, dated 13.10.2015, to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- instead of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore. All other conditions remain unaltered.

4. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
