The petitioner issued a legal notice on 05.08.2015 alleging fraud having been committed. On receipt of the said notice, the respondent no.1, in and by proceedings dated 19.08.2015 has informed the petitioner to send the relevant documents. Accordingly, the petitioner made a representation dated 24.08.2015 enclosing the relevant documents. Seeking further action on the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representations dated 05.08.2015 and 24.08.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents.
