The necessity to file the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions had arisen owing to the unfortunate fact that the original revision petitioner, T.Alaganantham had unfortunately died during the pendency of the revision petition.

2.The son is now sought to be impleaded as the revision petitioner to prosecute further the revision petition in his capacity as the son / legal representative of the revision petitioner. It only appropriate that the parties are heard on merit and that can be done only when they are represented and in this case, the son now represents the revision petitioners in his status as the legal representative.
