ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for an early disposal of petitioner's appeal dated 02.06.2026, pending on the file of the second respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that aggrieved by the

order of the third respondent, the petitioner has filed an appeal, dated 26.02.2026 before the second respondent. Since the aforesaid appeal was not disposed of till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's appeal dated 26.02.2026 will be considered within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 26.02.2026 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
