This Petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent police to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2018.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct public meeting on 16.02.2018, which itself is already over as such the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
