(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time in Crl.O.P.No.11721 of 2020 dated 07.08.2020 for executing the sureties. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11721 of 2020 dated 07.08.2020 with some conditions. Due to the Corona Pandemic situation, the petitioner could not comply with the condition within stipulated period.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and one week time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
