Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in compliance to the order of this Court dated 04.08.2006, he had deposited a sum of Rs.2,15,000/-(Rupees Two Lakhs and Fifteen Thousand only), which has been wrongly mentioned as Rs.1,15,000/- (Rupees One lakh and fifteen thousand only) in the affidavit of the application and prayed for dismissal of the application as not pressed. He had also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made, this application is dismissed as not pressed with a liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application.
