This petitioner has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.5 (b) of the order in Crl.OP.No.31014 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter 1 st Saturday of every month until further orders.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter 1 st Saturday of every month until further orders, is totally relaxed.
