Mr.Balan Haridas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that his clients are prepared to meet out the remuneration of the Election Officer appointed by this Court by paying a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-.

2.Mr.V.Ajaykhose, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent will make the payment of Rs.50,000/-. 3.Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the University will provide sufficient space for holding free and fair election and also for conducive atmosphere in holding the election of the Office bearers of the petitioner Association. 4.Both the above DDs for a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- towards remuneration of the Election Officer as undertaken by the petitioner and the first respondent shall be handed over to Mr.R.Sadayandi, Retired District https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
