This Writ Petition is filed, seeking for issuance of a Writ, in the nature of mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.09.2014, and to lay the public road in Government Vacant Land, comprised in S.No.288/3, situate at Thozhuvur Village, Thiruvallur Taluk and District, within the time, as stipulated by this Court. 2.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent. With the consent of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

It is seen from page No.12 of typed set of documents, annexed along with this Petition that the petitioner's representation has been considered, and the Sub Collector/Thiruvallur, viz., the second respondent has issued directions to the Tahsildar, the third respondent herein to take appropriate action in the matter, vide proceedings dated 23.10.2014, bearing Na.Ka.No.1484/2014/A2. 4.

In the light of the same, there shall be direction to the third respondent/Tahsildar to comply with the direction issued by the second respondent, vide proceedings, dated 23.10.2014, and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
