Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the continuation of the 4th respondent as a member of the Dental Council of India under Section 3(d) of the Dentist Act as illegal, null and void and to declare that the 4th respondent is ineligible to contest to the president election under section 3(D) of the Dentist Act.
