JUDGMENT

The above appeal which was filed as A.S.No.342 of 1986 on the file of the Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, was transferred to this Court to be heard along with A.S.No.801 of 1986, by an order dated 27.09.1988 made in Tr.C.M.P.No.2820 of 1987.

None appears for the appellants and the respondents. The records reveal that A.S.No.801 of 1986 was dismissed as abated as early as on 04.03.2002. The appellant in this appeal as well as A.S.No.801 of 1986 is one and the same person.Hence, this present appeal is also dismissed as abated.
