O R D E R

This writ petition no.30212 of 2015 was listed for hearing along with writ petition nos.11564 of 2014 and 21696 of 2014, as in all the three writ petitions the cause of action arises out of the appointment of the writ petitioners by the respondent no.4. But during hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that this prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that the approval order of the appointment has already been withdrawn. Therefore, he wants to withdraw the same.

2.Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed being withdrawn with necessary endorsement has been made in the writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
