This writ petition has been filed challenging the orders passed by the Special Tribunal/Principal Sessions Judge, Salem. The Division Bench of this Court in judgment reported in 2020 (1) CWC Pg.417 [E.S.Sundara Mahalingam v. Special Tribunal for Cooperative Cases (District Judge)] has categorically held that the order passed by the Special Tribunal under Section 152 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act can be challenged by way of filing a Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and a writ petition is not maintainable. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above, this writ petition is not maintainable and the same is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court.
