ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the first respondent, Ms.S.Shanmugavalli Sekar, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and Mr.S.Ralph V.Manohar, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.
2. The writ petition is filed seeking directions upon respondents 1 to 4 not to permit the fifth respondent to set up a rice mill.
3. The learned counsel for the second respondent submits that on 17.10.2022, consent to establish a rice mill has been granted in favour of the fifth respondent by the second respondent.
4. In that view of the matter, respondents 1 to 4 shall ensure compliance of all other requirements for establishment and operation of a rice mill. Respondents 1 to 4 may inspect the said rice mill and if any infringement is found, shall take action in accordance with law.
