Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order of the 2nd respondent in proceedings No.TN/SRO/SLM/21118/RECOVERY/2011, dated 10.01.2011, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to pay the Provident Fund arrears of Rs.67,38,884/- in equal monthly instalments of Rs.3 lakhs (Rupees three lakhs).

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
