This application has been filed to raise the attachment order passed in judgment and decree dated 29.04.2014 passed in C.S.No.211 of 2014 against the schedule mentioned property.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the decree amount has already been paid.

3. Since the applicant has satisfied the decree, the attachment is required to be raised. Hence this application is allowed.

Registry is directed to intimate the same to the concerned SubRegistrar for making due entries in the encumbrance certificate.
