Crl.M.P.No.6926 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21938 of 2022 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.1174 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21938 of 2022 dated 01.02.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until filing of the final report.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.1174 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21938 of 2022 dated 01.02.2023, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
