By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
The claim of the petitioner is that he applied for the post of Driver in the services of Puducherry Road Transport Corporation and certificate verification was also done in the year 2006 and the petitioner also attended the skill test followed by the written test on 06.02.2006 and nothing had fructified and thereafter, once again he applied for the said post during the year 2008 and the petitioner participated in the selection process ; but the same was dropped down due to unknown reasons. The petitioner would further state that once again, during the year 2010, selection was conducted to recruit drivers on daily rated wages and the petitioner has also participated in same and in the selection list of 138 drivers released by the 2nd respondent, the petitioner's name appeared in Sl.No.52, Code No.PDM 127 and however, he is yet to be favoured with any order. In this regard, the petitioner has also submitted a representation on 18.09.2015 to the respondents and since no orders have been passed, he came forward to file this writ petition.

This Court heard the submissions of Mr.Syed Mustafa, learned Government Advocate [Pondy] who accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.A.R.Nixon, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3.
This Court, taking into consideration, the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
