The petitioner herein was convicted by the trial Court for the offence under Section 138 of N.I Act and been suffering warrant of committal to prison since he was absconding. By this time, the petitioner herein has approached this Court alleging that the respondent police is harassing him and protection must be granted.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 1st respondent states that the petitioner been secured on execution of the warrant today and he has to be produced before the Fast Track Court, Magistrate Level, Tiruvallur.
