Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorari to call for the records pertaining to Notice dated 07.10.2016 made in Na.Ka.No.H1/9440/2016 of the second respondent surveying the punja lands of the petitioner herein on 31.10.2016 measuring 1.47 acres, comprised in Survey No.17/1, cultivated with Paddy and ground nuts situate at Agrapalayam, Arni Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District and quash the same.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority, to work out his remedy. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, in this writ petition.

2. Considering the request coupled with an endorsement made by the petitioner's counsel, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority to work out his remedy. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
