O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2020 in accordance with law within a time frame.

2. In the said representation, it appears that the petitioner requested the first respondent to sanction and disburse the pension, commutation of pension, Death cum Retirement Gratuity, Proposed Family Pension and Encashment of Leave at Credit to the petitioner with interest at the rate of 12% per annum for the abnormal belated payment.

3. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the claim of the petitioner is considered by the first respondent and the entire amount payable to the petitioner are 2/5

released by the month of March 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the same.

4. In view of the submission made by the respective counsels, in our considered view, no further orders are required in this case. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
