(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the the bail condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12409 of 2020 dated 17.08.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two week and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12409 of 2020 dated 17.08.2020.
