Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned jurisdictional Magistrate Court on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
