CMP.No.15296 of 2019 in S.A.No.39 of 2019 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The order dated 22.04.2019 dismissing the appeal for nonprosecution is set aside and the appeal is restored to file.

2. In view of the fact that the appeal has been restored, all the interim orders granted will stand revived.
