Mr.R.Singaravelan, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the criminal case registered against the writ petitioner, ended with an order of acquittal and the writ petitioner was reinstated in service and joined in duty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. In view of the above developments, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
