Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the Registrar, University of Madras, Chepauk, Chennai - 600 005, the 1st respondent herein from extending any contract for the disposal of the waste paper materials from University of Madras, Chepauk, Chennai - 600 005, to anyone inclusive of the 2nd and 3rd respondents and consequently allot the tender to the petitioner company as the rates quoted by the petitioner company being the highest.
