ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 419 IPC and Section 66d of the Information Technology Act in Cr.No.154 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons were all jointly involved in online banking fraud scam using several accounts in the name of Tata Capital Financial Services and from the defacto complainant, misappropriated a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- from the year 2019 to 2021. Hence the defacto complainant lodged a police complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he did not receive any from the defacto complainant and prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner herein is A4 and already A1 to A3 were arrested under the Goondas Act and further the investigation is pending in this case and strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and further the fact that an huge amount was involved in this case and further the investigation is in crucial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
