Respondents This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order dated 27.11.2017 in Na.Ka.3812/2017/A2 of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to restore the Irrigation Well of the petitioner on the cost of the 5th respondent, which was closed on 30.11.2017 in the same place in the lands of the petitioner bearing S.F.No.263/2C of 15Velampalayam Village, Tiruppur Taluk, Tiruppur District and also direct the 3rd to 5th respondents to pay a compensation of Rs.20 lakhs to the petitioner for the infringement of the petitioner's right to property guaranteed under Article 300A of the Constitution of India.
